ex2 Academy Faculty are first-class educators from all over the globe. Our Faculty help us to ensure we get the best results for our members.

After working with our members to highlight the challenges they are facing, we source the experience and understanding from our Faculty that helps educate the workforce and overcome the roadblocks in place.

We then create a schedule of sessions for our members to take part in, that progresses their team and helps in achieving those crucial business goals.

Sophie Bennett

Sophie Bennett is a motivation and leadership expert, speaker, author and facilitator. She is a visiting lecturer at Cranfield School of Management, where her 5 Flames of Motivation Model has been adopted as a framework to help leaders identify the intrinsic motivations of individuals and teams.

Prior to going into business, her experience as an elite equestrian athlete delivers unique insights into how we can perform at our best under pressure. Sophie’s research on what drives us towards peak performance has led to appearances on Thomson Reuters Global Markets Forum, the BBC and conference stages around the world.

Jan Bowen-Nielsen

Jan Bowen-Nielsen is a highly respected and award-winning executive and business coach, trainer, consultant, non-executive director and speaker. He has extensive experience in helping boards, senior executives and leadership teams develop and improve the performance of their organisations, their teams and themselves.

Mark Fritz

Mark Fritz is an international specialist on leadership. He acts as speaker, mentor, coach and professor and has spoken on leadership and the power of ownership in over 50 countries throughout the world, and has taught at business schools across Europe.

He focuses on the idea of ownership and helps leaders to become better with his “OWN IT! Methodology”, a set of ideas and concepts that can change leaders’ mindsets and behaviors  to get the best of their team and stop micromanaging.

Matthew Whitfield

Matt’s journey has had its moments. Dealing with the stress of performance in the air, the pressure to consistently deliver in the high risk and very dangerous world of air combat, and the mindset, and resilience to learn from mistakes and share them with his team have always got him through.
 
Matt’s demonstrates why trust amongst team mates is crucial for reaching a consistently high performance. He relates his experiences of elite military performance: this mindset and these values apply to any environment.

She brings energy, inspiration and practical ideas to an audience whether there are 10 or 10 000 in attendance.

For more than 35 years, Bill G. Williams has inspired organizations and associations to create positive change and connect their people with purpose.

As leader of The b4 Group, Bill applies his expertise and infectious attitude to deliver content-rich solutions and strategies in the areas of leadership development, executive coaching and team spirit. His experience encompasses a wide range of industries including public, private and not-for-profit sectors.

Steve Marriott

Combining over twenty five years of Leadership, Learning & Development and consultancy experience with the very latest learnings from the NeuroLeadership Institute, Steve supports his clients’ talent management strategies with Behavioural & Cultural Consultancy, Leadership Development, Coaching & Presenting Expertise and Trainer Development.

Noah Barsky

Dr. Barsky is a professor at the Villanova University School of Business. He has taught as a visiting professor in the Executive MBA program at Washington University in St. Louis and the INSEAD MBA program in Europe.

He has authored five books and published over seventy articles in various academic and professional journals, including Strategic Finance, The Economist, Best Practices in Executive Decision Making, Commercial Lending Review, Corporate Finance Review, and Advances in Business Education and Training.

Ward Hemeryck

Ward started out in data analysis and IT and moved on to lead the digital marketing and communications team. He has a profound knowledge of all facets of digital marketing and making companies digital to the core.

As a first generation digital native he has a no-nonsense approach to IT and a focus on helping companies building sustainable digital strategies. Ward joined Duval Union Consulting as Senior consultant to strengthen our technical capabilities on a strategic level. He is a keen believer in Lean management and short technology sprints, helping teams to build strategic MVP’s and keep focus.

Debbye Turner Bell has obtained vast experience with interpersonal relationships, communications, managing a team, writing, reporting, producing TV content, and anchoring live broadcast during her 25+ years in broadcast journalism. Debbye also has superior communications skills as a result of 25+ years as a motivational speaker, workshop facilitator, and corporate trainer.

Lars Sudmann

Lars is an advisor, keynote speaker and executive trainer on leadership, strategy, innovation and communication for global corporations and their leaders. Lars supports executive teams in times of change, strategic redirection, performance improvement, and turnaround both as an advisor as well as an operational/interim manager.

She earned a B.S. in Accountancy from University of Illinois, a J.D. from Chicago-Kent Law School, a CPA from Illinois, and licenses to practice law in Illinois and California.

Andrew Shattè

A Ph.D. psychologist, Dr. Shatté received his training at the University of Pennsylvania. He and his colleagues were the first to develop the principles of resilience and apply them to the corporate sector. They identified and defined 7 factors of (human psychological) resilience, a test to measure these traits within individuals called the Resilience Factor Inventory (RFI) and the 7 skills to enhance them.

He has devoted his 25-year career to understanding the psychological aspects of motivation and resilience and to developing programs to optimise human performance in various areas such as the workplace, health, academics, and sports. He is co-author of The Resilience Factor, published by Random House in 2002 and re-released in a new edition in 2010. 

Jackson Nickerson

Dr Jackson Nickerson is a globally recognised expert in organisation design and its performance implications, as well as in critical thinking for business decisions. He is the creator of Leading Thinking, a new approach for developing leaders.

Jackson has published numerous papers in leading academic journals and is the author or editor of four books. He consults with business, government, and nonprofits on problem diagnosis, strategy, and leading change. In addition to serving on corporate boards, Jackson is a co-founder and business director of NFORMD.NET, a new media company that provides sexual assault prevention programs to universities and the U.S. Army.

Linda Galindo

Linda Galindo is a fierce advocate for personal accountability. She wants to create a world in which everyone, regardless of circumstances or position, is accountable for their results. Galindo’s mission is to help others to find the courage to see, hear and tell their own truth so they can live fully accountable lives.

Galindo speaks, writes and consults internationally, teaching the principles of personal accountability. She looks for the hidden places where lack of accountability flourishes – often masked by ‘the culture’ – and shines light on them. With humor, directness and compassion, she calls out the truth.

 

Guy Browning

Generally considered to be the David Attenborough of the business jungle, Guy Browning combines the two elements essential for a great business communicator; a deep love of business and an indestructible sense of humour.

Guy is Managing Director of Smokehouse, an innovation agency specializing in facilitating interactive events around the world. He’s worked with the giants such as Unilever, British Airways, Sainsburys, Pepsico and Toyota helping them develop new products and successful ways of marketing them. He’s also trained generations of managers to think creatively at some of the UK’s largest companies.

Thomas Lawton

Thomas C. Lawton is an award-winning researcher and educator, his work has advanced our understanding of how the firm competes beyond market settings, partnering with government in industrial policy initiatives and managing political risk when entering and embedding in foreign markets.

Professor Lawton is Associate Editor of the leading strategy journal, Long Range Planning, and he has published over 50 papers and 8 books. He has spent over 20 years consulting for and advising leaders and managers on business development and market growth. He has worked with a wide range of global companies and organizations in developing their present and future strategic leaders and charting their international trajectories.

David Posen

Dr. David Posen graduated from the University of Toronto Medical School in 1967. He was involved in a research project in San Francisco before interning in Edmonton, Alberta. After a year of general practice in the Canadian Arctic he spent a year practicing in Jerusalem.

He has spoken widely to education, government, business and professional groups across North America. David is the author of three best-selling books, Always Change a Losing Game, Staying Afloat When the Water Gets Rough and The Little Book of Stress Relief, now in its twelfth printing and translated into seven languages (French, German, Spanish, Chinese, Russian, Portuguese and Korean.) Davids fourth book, Is Work Killing You? was released in February, 2013.
