Sophie Bennett

Sophie Bennett is a motivation and leadership expert, speaker, author and facilitator. She is a visiting lecturer at Cranfield School of Management, where her 5 Flames of Motivation Model has been adopted as a framework to help leaders identify the intrinsic motivations of individuals and teams.

Prior to going into business, her experience as an elite equestrian athlete delivers unique insights into how we can perform at our best under pressure. Sophie’s research on what drives us towards peak performance has led to appearances on Thomson Reuters Global Markets Forum, the BBC and conference stages around the world.

Jan Bowen-Nielsen is a highly respected and award-winning executive and business coach, trainer, consultant, non-executive director and speaker. He has extensive experience in helping boards, senior executives and leadership teams develop and improve the performance of their organisations, their teams and themselves.

Mark Fritz

Mark Fritz is an international specialist on leadership. He acts as speaker, mentor, coach and professor and has spoken on leadership and the power of ownership in over 50 countries throughout the world, and has taught at business schools across Europe.

Matthew Whitfield

Lars Sudmann

Andrew Shattè

A Ph.D. psychologist, Dr. Shatté received his training at the University of Pennsylvania. He and his colleagues were the first to develop the principles of resilience and apply them to the corporate sector. They identified and defined 7 factors of (human psychological) resilience, a test to measure these traits within individuals called the Resilience Factor Inventory (RFI) and the 7 skills to enhance them.

He has devoted his 25-year career to understanding the psychological aspects of motivation and resilience and to developing programs to optimise human performance in various areas such as the workplace, health, academics, and sports. He is co-author of The Resilience Factor, published by Random House in 2002 and re-released in a new edition in 2010. 

Jackson Nickerson

Dr Jackson Nickerson is a globally recognised expert in organisation design and its performance implications, as well as in critical thinking for business decisions. He is the creator of Leading Thinking, a new approach for developing leaders.

Jackson has published numerous papers in leading academic journals and is the author or editor of four books. He consults with business, government, and nonprofits on problem diagnosis, strategy, and leading change. In addition to serving on corporate boards, Jackson is a co-founder and business director of NFORMD.NET, a new media company that provides sexual assault prevention programs to universities and the U.S. Army.

Linda Galindo

Thomas C. Lawton is an award-winning researcher and educator, his work has advanced our understanding of how the firm competes beyond market settings, partnering with government in industrial policy initiatives and managing political risk when entering and embedding in foreign markets.

Professor Lawton is Associate Editor of the leading strategy journal, Long Range Planning, and he has published over 50 papers and 8 books. He has spent over 20 years consulting for and advising leaders and managers on business development and market growth. He has worked with a wide range of global companies and organizations in developing their present and future strategic leaders and charting their international trajectories.

David Posen

Dr. David Posen graduated from the University of Toronto Medical School in 1967. He was involved in a research project in San Francisco before interning in Edmonton, Alberta. After a year of general practice in the Canadian Arctic he spent a year practicing in Jerusalem.

He has spoken widely to education, government, business and professional groups across North America. David is the author of three best-selling books, Always Change a Losing Game, Staying Afloat When the Water Gets Rough and The Little Book of Stress Relief, now in its twelfth printing and translated into seven languages (French, German, Spanish, Chinese, Russian, Portuguese and Korean.) Davids fourth book, Is Work Killing You? was released in February, 2013.
